· Assign the Service Architect role to a user or group

· Determine the appropriate vRO server deployment according to a deployment plan

Depending on the size of the environment or customer requirement, vRO could be

1. Same vRA instance: Suitable for Small Dev environment. Just enable the vco configurator service in vRA and add it as an endpoint to the vRA

2. Single vRO Appliance: Deploy a new vRO appliance and complete the configuration. Has single point of failure.

3. vRO Clustered Mode: Deploy 2 instances of vRO in clustered mode for availability.

· Assign the Service Architect role to a user or group

1, Decide which user to be used as Service Architect.
2. Login to the vRA and go to Administration > Users and Groups > Identity Store Users & Groups
3, Search with username in search bar available now at the top right bar
4. Select the user
5. Scroll down and select "Service Architect" under 'Add roles to this user section'. Check the Authorities Granted by Selected Roles.

6. Click on update to save the settings. Log out and log back in, you would see a new tab "Advanced Services"
